Strength & Rehab Co. is a sports chiropractic and rehabilitation service built on the principles of movement, strength, and performance. We help active individuals overcome pain, recover from injury, and return to training stronger by using evidence-based assessment, progressive loading, and strength-focused rehab rather than relying solely on passive treatments.
-
At Strength & Rehab Co., the focus extends beyond short-term pain relief. Rather than relying solely on manual therapy or spinal manipulation, each consultation integrates movement assessment, load management, and progressive strength programming to address the root cause of pain and improve long-term function. Manual therapy may be used when appropriate, but the foundation of care is built on restoring movement capacity, strength, and resilience.
-
Yes, when clinically appropriate. At Strength & Rehab Co., spinal manipulation and other manual therapy techniques may be used as adjuncts to care, primarily to reduce pain and improve short-term mobility. However, the core of treatment is always active rehabilitation. We do this by addressing movement quality, load tolerance, and strength to create lasting change beyond temporary symptom relief.
-
Initial consultations are 60 minutes, allowing time for a detailed assessment, movement screening, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and the development of your personalised rehab plan.
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. At Strength & Rehab Co., we believe 45 minutes is the ideal session length to allow for thorough reassessment, movement coaching, hands-on treatment when needed, and updating your program for continued progress.
A 30-minute follow-up option is also available for simpler cases, quick progress checks, or when only minor corrections are needed. This shorter session is best suited for straightforward reviews rather than comprehensive coaching or programming updates.

Imaging such as MRIs or X-rays is not required for most people. It’s only recommended if your condition warrants it or if we need to rule out a potential concern. After your assessment, we’ll discuss whether imaging is necessary.on
